Journey
My exploration of Kriyas began in 2017 when I learned Yogasanas and a few Kriyas. This practice revitalized my body and mind and refreshed me throughout the day. Whenever I took a break and returned to practicing, I noticed a significant difference in myself. Before this, my experiences centered on enjoying good food and participating in physical challenges like triathlons and marathons, kayaking, hiking, and workouts. However, the daily practice of Kriyas and Asanas, accompanied by some dietary changes, brought about a profound transformation. The experiences I had were far more fulfilling than what I previously knew. In 2023, I decided to share this life-changing discovery with others, hoping they could benefit too.
Offering
I offer a range of classes, including one-on-one sessions, group classes, workshops, and retreats. The tools of transformation should be offered in a certain way, and I am completely committed to bringing you the best experience.
